2011 Mustang GT. A6. 85k Miles. I told Lund that I want this motor to last so he has a very conservative tune in it.
PERFORMANCE:
- Paxton Novi Supercharged. 15k Miles on the blower. 3.6 Pulley. Vortech Race BOV.
- VMP Boost a Pump
- Tuned by Lund
- JLT Intake for Supercharger
- UPR Catch...
Thank you both for that information. I doubt I’m going to be able to drill a hole in the side of my intercooler and weld a flange for my MAF . I will probably just inform my tuner of the issues and see if they can tune it out. It’s Lund. I’m happy to see that it’s known that this is an issue...
Having a bitch of a time figuring out this surging. It happens anytime I am slowly climbing in a higher gear.
I have a 2011 Mustang A6 with the Paxton setup.
1 possible scenario: Turning a corner at 20-30ish and the car is probably in 3rd or 4th. I slowly accelerate up to speed and the...
What do you guys estimate an auto mustang with a 3.6 pulley and boost a pump running in the quarter mile? I don’t have a torque converter and have stock suspension and 19 inch nittos so I will probably only cut a 1.9 60ft
I have a stock Paxton Supercharger setup on my 2011 Mustang GT. I have a Lund remote tune on it and supposedly the A/F is good.
Lund uses the widebands in the car to determine this.
I am going to be lowering my pulley to a 3.6 and putting DW95's for the injectors before a re-tune.
My...
2011 GT A6 Paxton setup - 75k miles and 15k on the blower
- 47lb injectors
- Boost a pump
- Offroad X pipe/GT500 singles
- OPG and Crank sprocket.
550HP/430TQ.
Looking for more power now. Just spoke with Lund and they like ID Injectors or DeatschWerks 95lb. So being cheap, I am going to go...
Can someone provide the dimensions of the brake sticker to buy off of Ebay or maybe a link?
This would be for the front Brembo 4 pistons for a 2011 mustang.
Maybe I'm using the wrong terminology. When in sport mode and using the paddles it stays in the perfect rpm and when switching to a power gear it raises the rpm.
If I'm still not making sense then I'll have him explain it. My friends 2017 auto does it and his doesn't. Only difference is his...
A friend just picked up a 2015 mustang with headers and full exhaust. It's been tuned too.
It seems that rev matching is not working in sport or track mode
Questions are
1. Is rev matching standard of 2015 mustang GTs
2. Can a tuner turn it off?
I have the Paxton Supercharger kit on my 2011 Mustang GT.
I recently purchased the BOSS/CS front facia found here: http://www.americanmuscle.com/csboss-lowerfascia-fog-1012gt.html
I have also purchased the Saleen grill. This thing is going to look sweet.
My questions:
Will there be any...
getting a lot of smoke on high rpm and on deceleration. I put breathers on and this stops the smoke. I have also pulled the intake and see oil on the impellers of the blower from blow by. I'm not a fan of breathers and would like to know what everyone else is doing.
An inexpensive solution...
If you're willing to spend the money then wouldn't it be a good idea to get the MMR phasers and the ford racing timing chain kit too?
I know people say you only need the opg and sprocket but it's a small investment for a basically refreshed motor right?
I only ask because I will be doing...
