Check below the cabin filter along the bottom of the firewall. There is a rubber flap that can get clogged with debris and not let water drain properly.

You may also want to consider the ergonomics of the car. Are you and potential passengers happy climbing "down" into a vette? Is the seating position comfortable? Does the vette have enough interior/storage room for a daily? Personally I would pay off the Mustang and mod it until content :)

Last summer I installed the Steeda spring on my 12 GT and really like it: 555 7023 Steeda Mustang Clutch spring assist 11-14 I also have a MGW installed ~8k miles prior to the spring.
