If I remember right one of the bolts above where the oil filter goes was a pain to get out with the header in. I just ended cutting the bolt head off.

The sensors have around 2,500-3k on them. I put it in at about 26,800 and motor blew up right around 29,000. That's when I took it out to go a different route on my car.

I feel you on that. I said **** the factory ecu on my 07 because of the shitty Ford "knock sensor" they they used and being able to drive flex fuel.

You can still rock DBW with the Holley. They sell a harness for gt500 throttle body and coyote throttle body. I am doing Holley on my turbo gt500 build and am using a gt350 DBW TB.

Well it has a stand along gauge that shows the AFR. But if you want to log on a sct you would have to wire the FireWire cable like the post above

The Zeitronix Zt-4Dual AFR Wideband Controller has 2 wideband sensors and they both show on the gauge. I have a zt-4 that I don't need anymore. Let me know if you are interested in it

I had stainless works headers and didn't have to remove them to do my clutch. Just popped out the pipes going from the headers to the x pipe just to get at the shifter and driveshaft easier.
