The whipple is a stellar kit for sure. If your goals are 650 rwhp then any kit is capable of that. Its going to mostly depend on how you like the power to come in at. Tvs' hit hard down low while centrifugals pull hard up top and Whipple superchargers have just about the best of both worlds...
