Do you happen to recall what % duty cycle you were running at those numbers? I don't plan to push much into the 800's so 1000s still might be an option for me.

Not sure if this helps but a good friend of mine just tuned his 03 2.9 gen 4 Whipple on 1000s and made 775 on E thats why I wonder if more injector was necessary.
My 3.0 Whipple is also on its way. I too am currently looking for injectors why do you think these insufficient? Even on E85 I would think these would be good. Mine are 86lb currently and was tuned E 2.3 Whipple was planning to run 1000s but now your making me question that.
I too have ordered my gen 5 3.0 crusher kit. Going from a gen 1 2.3 whipple making 650/645 on E. Really hope to make these numbers or better on pump gas. Just need to find a used set of Kooks headers now.
Not that this helps much but stock block whipple 2.9 gen 4 crusher 95lb injectors/water meth/E85 @21 lbs just made 775/654.
I would guess you would break the 800 mark.
