I'm sorry to hear that. If you figure it out please feel free to PM me or post here as I'm not sure we've got it figured out. Had a reputable shop comb the wiring before it hit the dyno but wasn't around long enough to determine if the problem is gone.

Update- Thanks for all the input guys. Car just crapped 2 cylinders on the dyno, and I deploy Saturday, so it'll be a while before I can attempt to duplicate.
