    I haven't gone through with this yet. As far as cams go, the intakes are the ones that need to be changed from what I've read/been told. SC_terminator I believe went through with it already.     Here is a link that helped me a bit. You need new timing chains (primary and secondary), the timing chain crank sprocket, and the intake cams and all four cam phasers to make the 2015 engine work in the 2011-2014 Mustang GTs.     From what I know it's just the intake cams and timing components. Still looking at doing this myself.
