I haven't gone through with this yet. As far as cams go, the intakes are the ones that need to be changed from what I've read/been told. SC_terminator I believe went through with it already. He spoke to AED which is a shop near Sacramento. You might be able to call them, they seem knowledgeable...
Here is a link that helped me a bit. You need new timing chains (primary and secondary), the timing chain crank sprocket, and the intake cams and all four cam phasers to make the 2015 engine work in the 2011-2014 Mustang GTs. The PCM is not compatible with the 2015+ intake mainfold charge motion...
From what I know it's just the intake cams and timing components. Still looking at doing this myself. Also the sprocket on the crank that drives the timing chains needs to be from the 2011 to 2013 engine.
