Yeah I agree.. its getting crazy finding these parts and prices are somewhat insane. I remember like 2 years ago they were $250 all day long. Now ebay they asking 650 plus shipping.. kind of crazy. Looks like quicktime will be the route just sucks they are very heavy .

Yeah I did have the brace that one of the 1st things i did on the car along w all the bushings etc I use to see diffs and entire IRS being sold left n right.. but ofcourse when you need it none to be found lol

Honestly not 100% sure I have to life it up and take a look. But Im sure everything is done inside as broken. Car dosnt move, oil and chunks down the road. If case is good would it be worth rebuilding? This diff has over 100k miles on it and served well from whipples to twin turbo now 1150whp...

Hey guys, The diff decided to quit today on 03 cobra and not in a nice way.. it broke on a 2nd gear pull sending oil and metal pieces down the road. This is still a IRS car. What are some options for swap, what fits, what's an upgrade etc would like some recommendations so I can start...

Thanks for all the replies, good point also. I think A2A will be for now and see how it goes. Im planning to keep all my blower stuff.. incase I dont like the twin turbo route. Wll see how it goes.

Performance is my main goal, I don't do 1/4 mile, I do a lot of roll racing top end runs.. 60- 160+mph. So little curious how heat soak will be in upper speeds

Thanks for the input guys, I already have a 01 cobra manifold upper lower etc I was looking at different setups and came across the 2J A2W was curious if anyone used it.. Air to Air for sure is easier to work with and a lot cleaner look
