Perfect example of keep shooting until the threat is neutralized or you can become the victim. The construction worker wasn't fully committed to his course of action.

IMHO this is why many civilian agencies prefer to hire non-MP's from the military: there are no habits or other things that have to be trained out of someone.
That doesn't show up on the Carfax and I couldn't find it listed anywhere on the page for that particular truck.
