Hey guys, my buddy has a 97 gt and the speedometer doesnt work. It doesnt move at all. Rest of the gauges work except for the typical odometer. Anyone know whats going on?

My friends lookin at buying a 97 Mustang gt. The speedometer has us worried, at any speed it is off including at idle. Anyone know what would cause that?
