Starting to get antsy: driving season edition

I’ve been deployed for the last 6 months and will be home in a couple weeks. I’m excited as hell to get to driving again, I’ve got a pile of parts for my fox to install, including a couple turbos. Unfortunately I have to fix some wiring on my truck that some squirrels got to while I’ve been...

    615HP - 7.3L MEGAZILLA Crate Engine is Here!!! | PRI 2022

The peak torque rpm and the fact that it makes more torque than hose power screams it has too small of a cam. Put a proper sized cam in there and it would pick up a lot, probably an easy 60 horsepower without touching pistons or fuel.

    Looking for a lost Notch

Mine was not an original v8 car, I did just double check vins and they are not matching. Edit: I would ask on the yellowbullet forum and yellowbullet and turbobullet Facebook pages if you haven’t though.

Considering taking a look at this 92 Coupe

12-15k’ish is what I would value it at. Clean unmolested cars are getting harder to come by.

Spy Shots: '23 Ford Bronco Raptor Spied Nearly Undisguised

Not gonna lie, a clean crown Vic caught my attention the other day. But between the vic and the Taurus, it’s a no brainer for me. The crown Vic had a v8 and is rwd and could sound pretty damn good. The Taurus? Not so much

I’ve been running the centerforce dual friction in my fox for a while and has been smooth as silk for 5k’ish miles. I just pulled the trans a couple days ago to start my th400 swap.

Coyote swap or Windsor based stroker?

If e85 is local to you, there’s not much reason not to. Even if you were to run pump gas, you could run probably 10 lbs or less and be pretty safe if you have an intercooler. My junk is still carbureted for now. My plan was to go with the Holley terminator because of the simplicity but I’ve...

Coyote swap or Windsor based stroker?

I finished my 363 build earlier this year. I wouldn’t go any lower than 10:1 compression if you plan on boosting it. With the fuel and tuning capabilities now it wouldn’t make sense for a low compression build.

Coyote swap or Windsor based stroker?

I’d vote for a Windsor. 400-450 whp is stupid easy for a sbf and wouldn’t really need an aftermarket block. A stock block 347 with some trickflow or AFR 205 heads, custom cam and a good intake will make that no problem. You really don’t need anything crazy for your power goals. Coyotes make...
