Wrangler sold 220K last year. Maybe 10-20k of those are the genuine, honest to goodness hardcore jeep guys. The rest are open market. I think where Ford really nailed it, is being able to get the Sasquatch package on any trim level. The good offroad stuff isn't locked into some $40k+ trim...
Driven 3 actually. 1 was lifted. But all had the same feel. Wasn't impressed for the money involved and considering those V6s aren't exactly rumblers... yeah, a 392 is too much for the chassis without changes.
Also, Jeep has been selling around 200k Wranglers a year, anyone thinking those are mostly "hardcore" types is delusional. It's MAYBE 10k per year to the hardcore types. The rest just want a cool SUV that has removable doors, top, etc... Granted there will be the "in betweeners" who will go...
LOL not production... Jeeps drive like a bag of squirrels as it is, 400+ hp in a Wrangler? Hard pass. Theres a chance the 5.7 Hemi finds its way into one, but it will be $60k and up, and thusly, worthless IMO.
As far as the Bronco, it's gonna do just fine with a 2.7 TT, 7 speed manual and...
It's a fix it ticket. Get it fixed before ya goto court and 7/10 times it gets tossed out. Tho 6 months...
Here in Mass they just hand ya the thing and be like yo, fix this shit or pay $50, have a nice day.
This lady acted like a total fool. Did he need to taze her? Probably not. Did she need to...
A meeting between fools.
Driver should have minded his own busines.
LEO should remain professional.
Text book examples of what not to do on either side of the situation.
Officer has 14 months left, give him a talkin to, and move him into something hopefully less stressful for awhile.
IDK how he...
Also, drinking for the purpose of quelling anxiety will fix nothing. It only leads one way. I rarely drink alone. For me, drinking is largely relegated to being a social activity.
Dealt with anxiety for about 8 years now. I too thought it was a bunch of BS. How quickly I learned otherwise. In the beginning I used therapy, along with daily prescription for Effexor XR, an SSRI and Ativan as something to take when attacks happened. Effexor didnt work well for me and after 2...
Several of us do. Hence him getting push back. The people he claims are wrong where dead nuts about Coyote, Roadrunner, the S197 GT500 cars, etc etc... Yep, sure. They where dead nuts on all those but are wrong on this? Sure
Ford's "render" of the GT350 was dead nuts for how the car ended up looking. Why the hell would they change it? Why would a company whos banking on the car being a success change the design? The MT render is MILES off. We've already seen the damn car with nothing but stick on camo. If you think...
We have photos of a S/C case with 5.2 and the Cobra logo cast into them... It's going to be supercharged. Only stuff left to speculate over is HP rating, transmissions, trim levels, etc.
Been looking around on a few sites and havent found much in the way of a solid answer.
Really just curios what the potential is almost a year after release.
So I saw in another thread that there is a 2 piece driveshaft, various dampners on exhaust and trans etc. How much weight could be shed? Any owners going after those areas? Plenty about exhausts, intakes etc etc What about CF driveshafts? Lighter seats? Dumping the dampers on the exhaust and trans?
So my friend's 01 Bullitt tossed a rod recently. He's decided that instead of investing in the 2v, that the 4v would better suit his wants.
So he recently purchased a 4v cobra motor. Assuming it's a 98 based on valve covers and intake. Heres what he got so far:
Shortblock (assembled, no...
