Give it some more time and miles. I thought I had made a mistake when I had a Mach 500 installed. Same issues you are having. Now it is smooth as silk. I would say it took at least 2,000 miles to fully break in.

Where are you getting e85? I've done a search for stations that sell it around Seattle and have only found one in Snoqualmie.

I would look at the Magnaflow Xpipes. They have one with high flow cats for off road only and the other is 49 state legal which I assume would be quieter but I don't know how it would hold up to boost. I haven't used them but have seen them and they are a quality piece. I have read that their...
