Shawn called me to inform me that MoTec has the harnesses now and will be shipping my unit today. If anyone is interested in the MoTec PnP set up right now is a good time to order it, as you shouldn't experience any delays.

MoTec still hasn't shipped the ECU or PnP wiring harness. Shawn feels the problem is the harness which MoTec uses an outside vendor to produce them. He did an engineering schematic of the PnP harness and can build it himself if they can't provide a harness in the next month or so.
