I had fried the second built motor (in the span of one summer) in my 05 Mustang GT and nobody could figure out what the cause was. I decided to put the car back to stock & sell it. The idea of having over 600 HP with warranty that I could drive anywhere I wanted is what motivated me to purchase...
When I got my tune from Lund I didn't specifically ask for removal of the clutch protection but when I questioned them about it later they said that they do remove it so yours is probably done.
I ordered mine in April 2012 and got it delivered July 2012. Because it is a Canadian car and it had to have daytime running lights, based on the Ford production numbers, it is 1 of 19 that were produced in white with daytime running lights. If I get a Mardi report it may be 1 of even less than 19.
I had them build an engine for my 05 Mustang. I was told about 3 weeks when I ordered & it ended up being 3 months. Excuse after excuse. Started with waiting for pistons. I hope you have better luck.
Ordered mine in February 2012 and took delivery July 12, 2012. Love it as much now as when I took delivery & have no interest in selling it. Hard to believe it is over 9 years old.
Is that your TA? What year is it? Reason I am asking is I have the factory service manual for a 78 with the 79 supplement and the 79 body manual. I had a 79 many years ago & still have the manuals. @Gabed1972
Congrats on the car. You will love it. Not sure you will be able to find the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S easily. I couldn't find any here last year and ended up going with Nitto's.
