Constitutional carry about to become law in Texas

Yea I saw that about McConaughey as well, he's got the charisma for the job and to run a high energy campaign and that's about it. I'll never trust the guy on any policy issue. I'd like to think he could surprise us but my gut feeling won't let me. Abbott's got the big donors no doubt, Texans...

Constitutional carry about to become law in Texas

He will, it's time for this spineless clown to pull his head out of his ass for the next year and make himself look good so he'll have something to stand on when our '22 elections roll out. You definitely don't want to piss off Texas gun owners so this is a step in the right direction. He's...

What did you do to your foxbody mustang today?

She's ready to head off to paint for her new 93 Cobra rear, lots of welding, grinding, scraping, and cleaning but it all pays off. Cleaned up a ton of holes, re-seam sealed everything and finished it off with POR-15, and new Flowmaster tail pipes.

Constitutional carry about to become law in Texas

We were long overdue, Texas loves getting money off you however they can. Liquor sales on Sunday, and extended to 10PM are up next I'll be contacting my state reps on that one, can't tell you how many times I've decided on a Sunday afternoon while smoking a brisket I want a bourbon. Now if we...

What did you do to your foxbody mustang today?

I wanted some input from you guys on this, I'm putting a 93 cobra bumper on, so I welded, filled, and cleaned up all the open holes that go into the interior of the car from the GT bumper mounting holes. I plan on coating everything with POR-15 as my choice of undercoating. As far as the weld...

What did you do to your foxbody mustang today?

Been working on getting my Kenny Brown Matrix system in. I'm going to have my fair share of stress cracks to weld up when it's time for the carpet to come out and be replaced.

88 Fox Horn doesn't work- ground issue on horn button wiring.

Yea, it wouldn't be at the top of my list but I need my state insp. done. That's what's getting me, jumper wire ran from positive straight to horn honks them, test light grounded on good ground, to purple power wire on horn button wiring honks them. So it has to be the ground on the wheel. I'm...

88 Fox Horn doesn't work- ground issue on horn button wiring.

I picked up an 88 T-top and am having some trouble with it but I've got it narrowed down pretty far. So far I've ran a jumper wire directly from the battery to the horns and they operate just fine. Fuse is good. I've picked up the foam replacement kit from LMR. I got under the dash and...

Deleting 10 pin salt and pepper shaker connectors.

I'm currently pulling the engine and cleaning up the bay for paint, wire tucks, all that fun stuff. There's not much out there aside from a couple write ups and a handful of you tube vids on these. Just curious on how any of you did it, did you hard wire and solder or did you put in Deutsch...

School me on salt water pools

I'm just going off of experience of what I saw, my dad maintained it instead of a pool company. They switched back to chlorine and everything stopped deteriorating, if it's not that high compared to the ocean is it possible to put too much salt in them or does the system regulate it for you?

School me on salt water pools

Another thing to keep in mind is the salt spray and how it will affect everything around it. My parents had one and it deteriorates furniture and surrounding things the same way it would if you owned a beach house. The spray even made it's way into the garage and rusted shelves and whatever it...

    Reputable detailers in Houston

Looking for guidance in the right direction on some reputable detailers in the Houston area to get the truck corrected and sealed. I had a shop by the house quote me 349.00 for the correction and 450.00 if I included the Cquartz. That seems a little low? I've always read to be wary of lower...

    Racing at Royal purple raceway

That's bizarre that all you guys have had that much trouble making passes. I'll be out there tonight with some buddies spectating. I was out there about a month ago and they were moving them quick, if I had to estimate I'd say each car got at least 7-10 passes and there were quite a few cars...

    Any recommendations for interior cleaner?

Do any of you have any experience with the Griots 3 in 1? I was thinking about giving it a try for my FX4 black leather seats, have any of you tried it? https://smile.amazon.com/Griots-Garage-11019-Leather-Cleaner/dp/B00K18JVQK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1490038049&sr=8-2&keywords=griots+leather+care

    What firearm to buy?

For those of you that have Academy's in yalls states, I have an unhealthy habit of taking advantage of their weekly deals. Speaking of .308 bolt rifles, I recently picked up a Tikka Hunter .308, that thing is like a Lambo compared to my Remington 700 models. That may be one worth looking at, if...

    Passing the plastic bag test

Interesting. Because if I can cut a step out I'm all for it. I've read times where people will clay during the wash and knock it all out in one step and just keep a spray bottle handy for added lubricant. That must be why they're just claying with their standard wash soap whatever brand that may...

    Passing the plastic bag test

Here's the argument I've read and pass on that makes sense, you'll put this stuff on your skin and your dishes etc. but not on your vehicles paint? Our vehicles paint is extremely durable and I can promise you a little dish soap would be the last thing that would be a reason why your paint got...
