Here’s how I redid mine. I just bought the piping and couplers from www.siliconeintakes.com the cut and rolled all the piping to make it all fit. Blowoff valve still kicks up a little dust but no where near what it did when I had it...
I’m trying to figure it out. Gonna call some places tomorrow about renting a dyno to button up the tune. I’ll shoot you a pm

As you can see, coming from my wideband it is reading the correct voltages for an autometer 0-4v. It hovers right around 2 volts at idle, and that is all the way down to the pins of the FireWire cable. But when I plug it in to the x4 just to read voltage it shows it idling around 3.4...
Well I tried that out and it’s honestly pretty damn close! Still baffles me with the voltages, but now I just gotta convert the formula to lambda

I’ll try it out! I’d have to look if I could find the manual for it. I’ve had the gauge for like 10+ years haha
Still think it’s weird tough for it to be spiking to over 6 volts at times… right?

I’m not even at that point yet. I was just sticking with voltage until it seemed close, it’s a 0-4v o2 sensor but it’s idling around 3.4v, which seems way high. It also will spike to above 6 volts when revving it quick and letting off. I’m thinking it has to do with the wiring to the x4 because...
When I get all the tuning dialed in, and all my loose ends buttoned up. Hah. Which seems to be never. But really, I’m trying to get it all done as soon as possible
I posted in the tuning section, but now can’t seem to get my wideband and sct livelink to match up. Voltage from the gauge seems...
Hey guys, I’ve done a bunch of research and can’t get a straight answer for datalogging. I have an autometer c2 wideband, sct x4, and livelink. I contacted sct and wired the red FireWire cable to the positive analog out on the gauge, and the black wire to the negative analog out from the...
Well, after tearing shit apart and putting it back together a bunch of times I randomly found what was going on… I thought maybe my blow off valve was getting a greater pressure differential from the psi between the blower and intercooler and what was being fed from the vacuum source off the...
Looking at the assembly of the crank pulley, not sure it’s possible to slip because of the torqued bolts going through the outer shell and into the hub with the belt riding on that outer shell.
So ended up driving it tonight, pulled super hard again in 2nd gear, saw around 19-20lbs and third was a dud, around 15 or so. No signs of belt dust that I saw or felt. Gotta be something else.
Well drive the car, same issue. Makes me believe it’s not belt slip. The first combo of belts and spacers was no where near as tight as the new combo and still made the same amount of boost. Wouldn’t make sense for the belt to be even tighter and not see any difference whatsoever in boost...
I’ll agree with that, wish the ratio was a little more aggressive.
So just a quick update, I was using a 114.5” belt at the beginning and was having to space out my ac compressor. Took all the spacers out and put on the 112.4” belt which was tight, but I think when I was putting it on the belt...
Oh damn nice. I haven’t looked at them in a while I guess. When they first came out they were very limited on sizes and they were all smaller. I’ll check it out
112.4” gates HD. Yes it is 8 rib. I had the thump tensioner maxed out and needed two people to pull the belt over the water pump pulley. It’s a 15% od with a 2.95 griptech. I’ll see if I can get a video up, but the belt is tight enough to make a bass guitar noise when you touch it ha.

The rpm belts don’t come in a long enough length. Yea I was wondering about that. It’s weird because i had on regular belt on that was bigger than this new green belt and it is making about the same amount of boost. Wasn’t quite as tight as this one

Lol DSG I was kinda waitin for him to chime in too haha. I know he ran something very similar, but he wasn’t running a/c and I am. So not sure if he put a delete in or ran the belt a different way because I think he was using like 90 something inch belt if I remember correct

Not that I can see. There are spots around the alternator pulley and a little on the underside of the shaker setup.

Hah yea when I said it was tight, I meant it was suuuper tight haha. Hoping the belt conditioner might help it a little tomorrow and I guess just go from there…
