Wow, I haven't posted here in a while :)
Well folks...be very careful with your pictures. Someone stole some of the nice post-detail pics of my car and decided to try to fraudulently sell my car.
I sold my Cobra this past January, and it had about 20k miles on the odometer when I sold it...
I've got 2 brand new 285/40/17 BFG KDW tires for sale. Asking $300 for local pickup. I can ship it if buyer is willing to pay extra to have UPS come pick it up from my house.
2006 Ford Explorer XLT V6.
I traded my Cobra in yesterday. It was hard and it was sad, but she had to go. The dealer couldn't stop raving about how perfect the condition of the paint was (and the funny thing is I hadn't detailed it in several months).
Anyways...I now have an Explorer in...
I'm going to be selling my car this weekend, but I wanted to strip off my 2.93" pulleys and idlers and put the stock ones back on. Is the process for restoring back to stock the same? Just making sure there's nothing else I need to look out for...
Also...would NGK TR6's be OK in a stock...
This is my girlfriend's 2004 Lincoln Aviator CS Edition...

Well...I busted out my Harbor Freight Chicago Electric $29 rotary this morning to detail my car. This thing makes the PC look like a little toy. It's heavier, more powerful, way more dangerous, splatters a lot more, more difficult to control...but man, does it pay off once you get the hang of...

Harbor Freight has their Chicago Electric rotary on sale for $30. It looks just like a Makita 9227. I just ordered one for myself.

My precious coat of Souveran went thin on me over the last month, so I decided it was time to do another detail today. I took a bit of a different approach this time:
- Wash w/ P21S soap and foam gun
- Wolfgang clay on hood and front bumper
- Optimum Polish via PC Polishing pad

OK...I've got it narrowed down between Nitto DR's 315/35/17 and GS-D3's 315/35/17. My car is lowered with H&R SS's and I will be shaving my IRS bolt.
Now...I know the Nitto's will fit without spacers with this setup, but what about the GS-D3's? I've heard that they might.
I want to avoid...
I'm a sick, sick man....
There's a bunch of stuff in the middle rows and the back that aren't even visible. All my MF is in that big orange bag up top. Then there's my PC and all my pads and a few other things that I have up in my room...
Oh, and I've got Blue Natty's and some S&W...

For those of you who aren't familiar with QEW (Quick and Easy Wash)...it's a waterless wash product. It allows you to wash your entire car without ever busting out the hose.
It took me about 40 minutes to wash/dry my entire car. It normally takes me a little over an...

Great deal on a great wax. The durability sucks, but it sure as hell makes your car look good...here's a pic of SSR2.5 + RMG + Souveran on my ride:
