What's the hold up then? I constantly see where they could produce lets say 1000 vehicles that are sold before they can even produce them. Then on the other hand they want to make the more expensive version of the same vehicle that doesn't sell as many instead of producing what is selling good.
I can't imagine this being in a decent price range, especially for people on the fence where range is an issue. You might as well stick to just what is currently available.
I totally agree with this. If auto makers have stated that's all they can do, then they need to stick to what they said. If they don't that leaves them open to you lied, you said that's all you can give, but you have more....Lets just see how much more you have. I would make it a point though...
So will Ford go back on their word now and come to an even better agreement than they state is all they have to offer, or are they done?

I hope so. I hope they are all done negotiating with him. Let those UAW funds run out and I bet they strike a deal. I would be finding ways my company couldn't be unionized anymore, but I bet its harder doing it now than it would have been in the beginning, before there was a union in the plant.
These companies seem to put themselves between a rock and a hard place one way or another. A New Ford Plant in Rural Tennessee Inspires Anti-Union Backlash - Barn Raiser.
While I dislike unions and think they are unnecessary, I also think that companies should compensate a good worker. I also think they should get rid of the bad ones before they spread the bad throughout the company. The big three have a lot of fat, that provides a lot of jobs, that also provides...
Better pay and such doesn't always equal out to better output. A person must be willing to start at the bottom and work their way up, proving themselves. Most of todays workforce wants everything for very little or nothing in return on their part. The union allows for those that do to suffer...
I'm anti-union. Collective complacent union work isn’t good for anybody. the worker, business, the product, the consumer. all unionization does is guarantee a complacent worker that doesn’t have any motivation to perform better than the people next To them. It's all about money for the union...
UAW is playing politics. Said they would strike all three, and they are, but they are doing targeted strikes. They are trying to keep their surplus of money from running out this way.
I say if you don't like your situation, find something else. The union should have to pay the full salary and such of its union workers that go on strike. How are you gonna demand a company to do something you can't do yourself.
If I filled up my ecoboost today with 87 octane, it would cost me around 130.00. I would have to pull the whole 131 kw from electrify america twice to fill the lightning battery. As you know the big savings are at home charging.
