Ok and it doesn't matter that this car was tuned almost 20 years ago and has ran fine ever since, year after year and nothing has been changed? Just started happening this summer all at once.

Having a issue, when you are getting into it, it wants to bog for a half of a second on shifts. If you ease into the throttle and not really getting on it hard there is no problem. But doesn't matter what gear or what RPM you shift at, if it is hard into the throttle, then shift and hard into...

So with the 2.9.....I have been quoted with the "standard inlet" and the "mono blade" version, what is the difference? Is it basically saying you have to use the factory throttle body on one and say a accufab on the other?

Also when you say crusher only? You mean in intake where the throttle body will hold to? I’m assuming accufab is what most folks go with? I see some 2.9 kits come with that throttle body and cai like you said, are those better ?

ok, yeah up here in wisconsin the car is in storage from about sept to apr/may so alot of sitting, I know alot of our small engine we have to run non ethanol because by the time you pull them back out from storage the carbs are corroded with this white stuff

do any of you guys run E85? The tuner said going the E85 route would be much better? If so what are the down falls of that besides trying to find a pump?
