Is there a recommended power level that would constitute the use of 5/8 wheel studs? I have both 1/2 and 5/8 but will need my wheels drilled to accept bigger shanked lugs. I made 660 on a mustang dyno and have a strange spool with strange 35 spline axles, any input is appreciated.
I've been searching and came up with nothing. Is it possible to run 5/8th wheel studs with race stars in the back? If so, what has to be done to the wheels if anything and what lugnuts do you use?

I've been doing a lot of research and I'm stumped as to what tire I should run. I am looking to drive to the track and run an 11.70 on the tires I drove in on. I also want to keep it on the stock 17s, what tire will get me to this goal? Mods in sig, is this goal even possible with my setup?
