Mine is an 08. I followed the 02 wires and loosened all the loomes and hold downs to gain more length.

With my Stainless Works long tubes I was able to loosen the wiring harness for the o2 wires at the top of the bellhousing and that gave me more than enough slack for the wires to reach.

Do the tips always stick out or is the issue only when the car is warmed up? The exhaust will expand and the tips will stick out further when up to temp.

The intercoor reservoir cap looks to be brushed aluminum. The tank sits up so the radiator cap needs to be low profile. A stock height cap works clears the hood.

How many miles, are you origional owner and what are mods? More info would be very helpful. Where was the coolent coming from? What is the condition of the oil and coolant? Recently changed, full, etc?

California is quite sad in the fact that the only thing that has changed is the pipe. Everything else is installed in exactly the same location and is operating exactly as Ford intended it to including meeting all of the EPA regulations mandated at the time the vehicle was manufactured.

I believe JBA makes a 1 piece OTA mandrel bent 3" pipe for the 07-09 cars.

Can't speak on the rpm's hanging up but the oil is normal unless you have an oil catch can.

I run the car hard both street and strip. KB2.8, 4.10 gears, full rear BMR suspension. etc. I had the same problem. Changes the helped, replaced sloppy rubber bushings for metal. Synthetic trans fluid. Poly engine mounts after the KB install and when I plan on beating on the car I move the seat...

I have looked at the Blowfish bracket for quite some time. I'm lucky. I personally don't have any 1-2 grind issues, l only replaced the rubber shifter bushings with metal ones. With all of the modded cars out there I'm surprised more people have not tried the bracket. Guys keep swapping shifters...

Don't the rear O2 sensors need to be installed regardless of cats to compete the loop?
