Can someone verify if an 11 GT500 JBA 3" x pipe will fit on an 09 GT500?

What can we turn the tach up to with a pulley swap, exhaust and a tune? I see the coyote guys going to 8k. Mine is still pulling hard after 6250.

GT500... Anyone know what the rpm redline should be on a Lund tune with a pulley, x pipe and air filter? It doesn't seem to run out of power up high but I don't want to push it. And will the gauges still flash after a tune?
