That's not at all what you want, and that intakes been around and for sale forever. that's about half a runner removed, you want 1.5-2" removed with bells welded back on.

i have one made by NASVT. Its has the floor raised 1.5 or 2 inches and its has the same removed from the runners. I'm still untuned, but the butt dyno says its wayyyy more fun over 5000rpm. I regularly bump into the stock 7200rpm limiter now, the power does not fall off like it did before.

It looks like ford has discontinued the UCA's for our cars. i definitely don't have the money to go with a torque arm setup, so whats the best option with shot UCA's? Looking into steeda arms or J&M UCA's, they both have 3 piece bushings.
