Hey fellas...
Carcraft is this weekend and I am getting stoked to go rip on the track a bit.
I have FRPP B springs, Koni yellow SA shocks/struts and FLSFCs.
Any advice on what settings I should start with and then work from there?
I have only had them set pretty soft all the way around for...
Hey fellas,
I am looking for adjustable...so, the reds are out.
Are these the ones you guys are talking about?

Hey fellas,
I have a 98 cobra, my car is at my mechanics right now and they won't fit properly.
So, I know that on the 98 cobra you have to notch out the flaps on the tranny cross member. The problem is the mounting flaps that are welded to the subrame bars......when lined up correctly, the...
What do you guys think? Do the torque box plates that come with the Steedas make it a done deal, or is there something better about the MM set?
I am on the fence, but am leaning toward the Steedas because of the seat bolts and the torque box reinforcement plates. The MM kit has neither of...
Ok boys, here you go. I am not the best at writing instructions, but I will do my best for you.
These SOBs were on back order. Took two months from when I ordered them until they showed up at my door!!!!

CLICK PICS TO MAKE THEM BIGGER...
Can't wait.
Picked up my steel plates and am going to fab up my brackets tonight to fasten the seats to the stock power mechanism and sliders.
Then...it's evening cruise time!!!!!

So, I am subbing in a science classroom for a coworker.
They are watching clips from Discovery on "sensation" and the human body. All of a sudden they start talking about this guy that got bitten by a Brown Recluse and I began to laugh out loud. The class looked at me in a strange way and I...
So, I am trying to pull up on my clutch pedal for the factory adjustment procedure. It doesn't seem like it does anything. How hard am I supposed to pull up on that thing? Am I supposed to hear a click or something or is this normal?
If not normal, why would this be?
Thanks.
So, sometimes, it is somewhat harder to pull my shifter out of gear and put into another gear if I am shifting fast. Keep in mind....it never gets stuck or pops out of gear, it is just not as smooth as it used to be. I have to now be sure to push my clutch pedal all the way down.
There is no...
I am certain I got the top one already.....went in through the kmember right beneath the motor mount.
And then I am sure I got one of the bottom ones.
I can't find the f'n third bolt.
Any pics please?
How do you recommend I do this...
Drove home from work, filled up the tank. Got home and realized that my tank is leaking at the filler tube grommet (the part that connects right to the tank).
Now, I have a full damn tank of gas to deal with and my garage stinks like hell.
I tried getting...
The Haynes Manual says to use Dot 3 "HEAVY DUTY"
I went to NAPA and all they had was Dot 3. (Did not state Heavy duty on the bottle)
Can I use this stuff or what? I need to bleed my brakes tomorrow so I can get this thing back on the road!!!
Thanks fellas.
I am trying to figure out why HIDguy charges 3-4 times more for his product and yet DDMtuning is the company that offers the lifetime warranty.
Is there any difference you guys have figured out, or should I just follow common sense and get the DDMtuning kit?
P.S. - I am not asking questions...
How is the ride with a low spring? (lower than the pro-kit and the likes) I can handle firm just fine, but harsh and bouncing all over the place is out of the question.
Can anyone give some feedback?
Just curious...I am thinking hard about pulling the trigger, but was wondering if anyone has had experience with a company that has 100% remedied the ABS light problem.
Anyone?
I meant "affect" I think. ;)
I had a check engine light come on awhile ago. Pulled the code, and it said it was a front o2 sensor. I had to do some work on the car, and disconnected the battery.
Anyways, the computer reset, and the check engine light is no longer on. My question is, could...
Just curious.....I bought the car used, and at idle, my alternator has always charged a little low. Once I hit the gas everything is a-ok.
After reading some threads about pullies, it got me thinking...did the guy before me already stick them on there?
So, is there a way I can check?:burnout:
I'm curious if it's the same process, i.e. progressively wet sand using finer and finer grit paper and then polish.
My pipes can get shiny, but not a mirror finish....since I have no plans to buy new tail pipes, I want to spruce them up as much as possible.
Will this work with steel?
Can they just get old even though your car doesn't have alot of miles?
Just curious, as my car has 47,000 miles on it, but is pretty much 11 years old with original wires.
How do you guys determine when it is time to change wires? (Besides the obvious of visible problems with the wires...
I'm lookin for something with the chrome or polished look.
Maybe something that has the ford logo or SVT on them.
I thought I had seen some cool ones over the years, but the search function isn't being very helpful.
BTW, they have to fit the Ford Racing 9mm wires because that is what I am...
