Hey, new at this and visiting cuz I’m selling my 04 torch red coupe [email protected], and don’t know if last post took?in short, wheels/tires and shifter, catback, and cai.25000 miles. Bought a 61 vette and only one stays.
All-
Good to be back and posting. Been a looong time since I sustained a back injury in 07, and all but put my 04 Torch to sleep and stopped posting. Felt like I wanted to be put to sleep! But God and neurosurgeon were good, and I'm finally doing good! Gosh, the 04 only has 17k miles on it! Oh...
I ran into a thread by a guy in the petro biz for 30 yrs, and he had some good advice I wanted to pass on.
Can't say I'm ready to park the cobra no matter the price of super duper. But like everybody with a performance machine, I want as much bang for the buck as possible! Safe spirited...
I posted a while back that I had some unusual noises coming from my brakes-like a pulsating rub-rub-rub noise and pulling to the left when I apply the brakes. Though I still have warranty till NOV, I think I MAY have warped them on the Cacoctin twisties when we all went berserk and went around...
I need to get a shifter that's closer to me than the stocker, and easy to shift. I hurt my back in Feb. at work, and it's gotten real bad-I'm slated for an MRI. Fell on unsalted ice, and it's Work. Comp-got a lawyer, etc. But I went out yesterday for a ride on N.Hamp to Colesville, and from...
No, not a diesel-powered termie, but whatdaya think of the new Ford trucks with the Twin Turbo Diesel engine?
Definately keepin the biatchin' cobra, but I'm thinkin of sellin my DD, a 95 lifted, freshly-painted, mint Bronco and getting a Ford truck. Looking at a standard cab F-250 4x4 pickup...
Thinking of getting a front BRA for the cobra, since there's no stone chips yet at 6k miles, and I want it to stay chipless. Anyone have experience with any brands, recommendations, costs? I looked into LeBra so far, but I want to get a good one.Thanx for the support!

Not funny "ha ha", but there is something wrong with the brakes on my 04 cobra. I developed a metalic scrape...scrape sound on what seems like the lft rear brake, which stops when I apply foot brakes or emerg. brake. and now, when I apply the brakes, I get a pulsating sound when I come to a...

JR suggested I contact you about the backspacing on your CCW wheels(JR's former silver car). JR said to ask if your backspacing is 6.75 or 6.50, as I'm ordering CCW classics and going with Michelin 335 tires, like Marlon(I can Stang). CCW's "Chip" said he thinks 6.75. John is at SEMA...
I'm considering 335X17 dunlops on the rear of my 04 termie on 10.5 wheels. Will they fit? Do I need spacers? Size? Shave IRS bolt too?
Would 325X45X17 MH DRs work? They're 28" high. Would they affect my ABS working?
Micksnip
I bought a set of 325 X 45 X 17 (28 ")M&H DRs, and now am buying 17 X 10.5 wheels for the rear. Priced sets of Replica Wheels @ 280 + ship and AFS @ 345 + ship. Are there differences? Also, anyone know what I need to make em fit? Doesn't Granitelli have a spacer and recessed lug nuts for this...
I used to live in PA-north of Harrisburg. One of the most peaceful, enjoyable day trips was to Amish Country. Now that community is shattered and shaken by the unspeakable act of a man who tied little girls together, with the desire to sexually abuse them. Apparently he'd done this to cousins...

I know this is the :wf: , but wifie and I have decided to buy a Harley 1200 Sportster. We are going to definately keep the Cobra-it's paid for, and so is my life insurance! Anyone have any:
1-bike for sale, by chance? It must be a 1200 Sportster, no bling, pref. not 72-82. Think I can...
I know this is way-off for this forum, but thought I'd give a shout and see if anybody out there knows how to fix home stereo power amps. I just bought a group of stereo components as-is, and all's well with all except an SAE I102 computer direct line integrated amp. The standby light goes on...
Folks-
Just ran into a thread by HBH in "Terminator Talk" which is very interesting. I'm no engineer, but it seems that voltage dropoff occurs at about 5600 from the alternator, which affects the BAP, which affects the quantity of fuel supplied...
Folks-
I found a 96 Bronco for sale in Laytonsville for $3,500. It's dk green with a white hardtop and factory alum wheels. I already have a 95 with too much $ into it, but they are great beaters, and this looks in good shape, except for tailgate (lower). You can get a new 'gate for 300.
As...
MACAers-Anyone know any restaraunts open for a quick bite :pop: Christmas for any hungry hot rodders driving around listening to Christmas Carols and their Stingers???
