I would do a leak down test on the driver's side head, my guess would be you have some leak down there. That was my situation with similar compression test numbers anyway. It's not too terrible though, not like you need to be ordering bottom end parts immediately.
I have everything team z in the rear. LCAs, relocated UCAs, anti-roll bar, and drag springs. I also have the strange 10 ways. It doesn't take long at all to spool so the power band is nice, and with the th400 and trans brake it will leave with a good amount of boost.
That's on 20psi with a 110/93 fuel mix. I'll take some Thursday or Friday when I finally have the chance to clean it up a bit. My goal with a fuel system and e85 is 1k+

If it's anything like the 2.3 TVS it seemed to fit right along with the guide for the eaton so I'd guess the 76.5 would work also. If you need longer than that I have a new 77.5 belt I never used.
