There were supposed to be 500 Hard Top convertibles made in 1995. I understand that Ford accidentally broke one so there were then only 499 Hard Top convertibles made.
It's hard to find these cars with all of the original items that Ford provided. The biggest item is the hard top caddy. Other items are the hard top cloth cover, the VHS tape showing how to remove the top, the rear deck covers, etc.

Funny you should say that, several times I've been asked "how did you get the back windows to go down"? When I explain that it's a hard top convertible they'll say "I've never seen one of these". I've also had show judges closely look at this car because many have never seen one before.
You might clean the little wire, carefully, in the MAS that had collected oil from my K&N filter. This solved my 94 Cobra issues that were similar. I sprayed the wire with carb cleaner.
Did you measure before adding the springs? Stock, my 95 was off about .5 inches on the drivers side. Blame it on poor build quality, but it doesn't hurt anything.
