Love it. Arctic White I'm guessing?
I live your dilemma. GT350 and HellCat get the garage, the Corvette...? Outside and covered, but it's just an old C5. :(
How do you love the Hellcat Charger?? So great looking with tons of power.
I wish I could have one as a daily driver here. I would have one in a heartbeat!
It's a blast to drive but the art of feathering the throttle is a must. Even at 80mph, you hit WOT, and the wheels spin. The 2020...
I was thinking along those lines and/or for many a GT350 is not DD or primary car. So, with that, the miles are obviously down. I mirror that. I'm currently operating 3 cars. C5 Corvette, Charger HellCat and now the Shelby.
I purchased my 17' GT350 on Sept 8. On Sept 26, I left Florida(St Petersburg) enroute to Monument Valley, Albuquerque, and Dallas.
I was pretty impressed with fuel mileage overall.
The best parts was the scenery without question.
Imagine this view about 100 times.
Monument Valley...
No, it is not. That is Monument Valley Arizona/Utah from Oct 1, 2019. I reside in St Petersburg Florida. I'm currently on a 5000 mile bucketlist, 50th Birthday 10.07, retirement road trip.
New old guy. Not sure if I'm communicating that correctly. :D
I was on this forum way back 2004 when I owned an 01' Lightning. Sold it in 2006. (Sales regret #2, #1 was selling my 75' Dodge Powerwagon).
Anyway, never been a "brand" guy having owned Corvettes and currently a 16' Charger...

What a day. My L is for sale as I just posted it with Autotrader.com and then
the somewhat 'new' battery from Advance dies on me. Advance switches me
out a battery, no problem. The In-laws arrive in the afternoon, and then when
I wake up this morning...both fender Lightning badges have been...
Not much of an in-depth review...It's MTV mind you... :rollseyes
Still neat to see the car moving.

This came up at work with some of the 'old-schoolers', I then found out
that a few C5 guys have rigged them up with a switch too. Was wondering
if any 03/04 Cobra people ever tried this. I can't imagine a real signifigant
power increase, but I bet it sounds cool as hell. :-D
:beer...
I can remember back in the mid to late 80's a good many
police agency using the Mustangs as pursuit vehicles. I've
seen the latest Impala replacing the Crown Vic nationwide,
and some LEA's bought a good many of the last Camaro's.
Here's some Stang cop cars I found on the web...
That was uttered to me over the weekend. It's about the 4th or
5th time that someone asked me if the truck was really named
that or if I was a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning. :dw:
Clueless I guess. And I wouldn't expect everyone to know what
a SVT-Lightning is for sure, but to assume...
In the Corvette community, waving to other vettes is almost
required part of ownership. In fact it get's rather tedious at
times and there is always internet accusations about which
generations waves the least or at other gens. Whatever.
I wave at other Lightnings. Sometimes I get waves...
