WOW thanks to all the answers, it's what I was kinda thinking myself. One last thing. Can the heads be removed with the engine in the car? I've worked on my vehicles before, just never this much stuff to remove to get to the heads to remove. So I am not a top mechanic.

Not sure if I missed this but, I know there is/was a "green back belt for the supercharger - the outer belt", or secondary drive belt. Factory belts were (Ford 2R3Z-8620-BC) (Motorcraft JK8-755), the stock part numbers. The Gates and others come in many sizes depending on the pulley setup. Now...
