I doubt too difficult. I've seen several 2023 F150 guys getting a 2nd ECU in order to get tuned. Now that is because the 23+ are locked and 21-22 are unlocked. But this was also somewhat common in the Mercedes world when I had my W212 E63, guys would have a 2nd stock ECU for the dealer visit.
