    Was is actual shearing, or fuel dilution? You should have a percentage of dilution on your oil report.

    I understand how a tapping noise will make you worried as if your engine is going to die tomorrow. Truthfully, I wouldn't use 5W-50 in a NA Coyote (not even the track pack version) if it was used solely on the street. Here is my guess as to what happened. It's unlikely to be a bad oil filter...

    If you don't have oil fuel dilution issues, there is no need to change your oil more frequently than if you were setup for gasoline. Only an oil test will be able to tell you that. UOA testing kit

    What power adder? Supercharger or Turbo? In my Armageddon TT 2014 GT I had to run Amsoil 5W-50. 10W-30 was too light, causing a tapping noise at low rpm. I guess the turbos were taking away too much oil pressure at idle and right above idle. I'd suggest using 5W-50 at your intended power level.

    I wouldn't mix Dominator with Signature since the additive packages are very different. Not saying there would be a negative effect, but it's possible. If you have too much oil pressure with 5W-50 for the way you drive, use the 10W-30 you have. If that's too low, try 0W-40 for the similar...

    Stock motor limits

    The Twin Turbo car I built is currently at ~13 PSI of boost making power above the 700 rwhp range, on it's 3rd owner, and the only thing that was broken twice is the transmission. The only modification I made to the engine was oil pump gears.

    You are correct, most of that was in the PCV catch can due to evaporation. The engine is healthy. JDos1, you are the champion of Amsoil extended drain interval UOAs in the Mustang.
