i had nothing but issues with the weapon X... went back to a new set of ford's and tightened the gap...

What maf are you using ?

The car used to be Procharged and we found the hood was trapping the heat up front and heating up the intake tube and messed up (2) BA5000 maf’s..

Just installed these from CJ Pony

I had the bolts holding the legs in place and slowly pressed on until they were flush with the timing cover... when it comes time to remove the support it’ll need to be pulled off with a puller..

Are you sure the mandrel is all the way into the bearing ? I didn’t need any spacers when I installed mine..

Something is wrong... what did you do with the “L” supports for the oil pan ?

Here’s one... never made it to the track as it didn’t like the maf location up by the tb... when it was at 750 hp it ran 10.2 @ 144 with a 1.80 60’.... needed more gear down low for sure.. iat’s never went above 100* and that was on a 88* and humid day...

I’ve run an F1-A cogg with an auto ... with the stock A-W intercooler we could only push 25-26 psi and wound up popping the procharger intake... Went to a J2 turbo lid and J2 A-W intercooler and still the same issue... put down 878/708 If you go the Procharger route definitely do a A-A...

Exactly.... it takes a little more force to start to close it until 1/2 way ...

No issues at all... not sure about weight but it’s a lot lighter than the stock heavy hood..

MRT struts on a Cervini’s cowl hood .... no modifying anything... been on for years
