First thing I want to do is thank Stalker27 for figuring out that my problem was my fuel pumps. I finished replacing the pumps, and fuel filter today, and I was finally able, for the first time, to go WOT! It was sex.

OK, so while I was removing the fuel filter the plastic ring and the rubber ring came out of the fuel line. I put them back in, rubber yellow ring first, than the plastic ring. I go to put my new filter in, and it will not "click" into place, I shoved and still nothing. Am I missing something...
