I'm a thin guy so yea it has started to feel like too much weight to lug around all day. I use well made carry belts so that is not the issue. Not interested in going to another M&P unless they shaved the weight by a good margin. I know my XD40SC is about the same weight, but it does not feel...

Agreed. You can get a 2015-17 for under $30k already! I've got my eyes open for a boosted S550 which can be had low to mid 30s. Now way would I pay $40k+ for a Mustang GT that is not some classic that will only go up in value.

Stop talking to the 16 yr old kids then. ;) I'm on my 3rd NA Miata, but not THAT long ago I too thought they were gay & no fun etc. I actually bought my 1st Miata without ever driving one before that. As they say, the rest is history. We're all car guys. Can't we just get along? :D
