Well it's looks as if I'll have the funds for a GT500 in Jan or Feb of next year. I really want to order one and choose my options. I don't really want one off the lot. Will this time frame be too late to order an '08 or should I just wait to order an '09? Will there even be an '09?

Just curious how many folks if any have had success ordering an 08 for MSRP. I'm getting ready to pull the trigger in a few months. I sold my 68 coupe with a crossbolt 427 some time ago and it's killing me.

Don't know how to do this, but how about a poll for how many dealer waiting lists you are on. With many lists growing, I suspect buyers are on multiple lists. I personally will not get on a list. I'll simply wait, even if it's until the second model year.
