    96-98 cobra head threads

Pretty sure its 4 threads. For sure in the ball park. When my motor was built I had 9 thread inserts installed. Money well spent.

So I did install it. Turned the ignition on and let it get warm for a few mins. Then fired it up. Wish I could post a video on here of what its reading. Sent from my LM-Q620 using the svtperformance.com mobile app

    Wideband sensors

Got my new bosch sensor in. I assume by some research you do not need to calibrate them. So I got everything buttoned back up and turned ignition on, stayed on 14.7 then went lean. So all is good there. Fired it up and it seemed to read ok. Now with still being in high idle and when I blipped...

    Wideband sensors

So I did a test with a gas covered rag. I pulled the sensor out and left it hang. It read full lean with 3 dashes. Placed tue sensor in the rag and it slowly went rich. I tried to repeat it one more time and ecen placed in the rag it still read full lean, 3 dashes. The sensor heated up like its...

    Wideband sensors

So in stumped. The ground at the fuse panel is good, hot is good. During my 2hr drive home it would power up like normal on start, read full rich thrn jump to full lean, then read 3 dashes. Every once in awhile it would work for a few seconds. I'm going to pull the sensor out and try the brake...

    Wideband sensors

Everything in the fuse panel looks good. Im driving to ford nationals now so won't be able to check the actual sensor connection until i get back. When i start it up it reads for about 10 seconds then goes to 10 then straight to lines. Sent from my LM-Q620 using the svtperformance.com mobile app

    Wideband sensors

I have not. It has power and worked fine for about 5 miles. Shutoff to refuel, started back down the road and it acted up. I was thinking maybe moisture since its been sitting for about a month and not started all but to back out of the garage. Sent from my LM-Q620 using the svtperformance.com...

    Wideband sensors

So after not even 2k miles im pretty sure the sensor on my AEM wideband is going out. Intermittent works all the sudden, when not working it sits on lean. Will jump all around to 10 to 17 then work normally yadda yadda ya. Anyhow I have a pretty stupid question. Can i use my old O2 sensors to...

How many of you guys run 10 plus inch wide rims in the rear?

Im running a 10.5 wheel with a 315 tire. Im a little lower on Eibach sportline and 1/4" spacers. I rub a tiny bit over really big bumps that sneak up on me. Doesn't happen often though

    96' Procharged Cobra "Casper" Build

I would agree on this. I was getting grinding going in to 4th gear and popping out of 2nd a few times to finally realize that my new adjustable cable might have stretched a bit and might need adjusted. After about 10 miles of pulling over, popping the hood and minor turn every 1/4 mile it...

    Catch can

What car? Listen I went back and fourth with the same debate on catch cans. I wanted it out of sight and not on the firewall. I finally said F it all and got the JLT 3.0. Mounted it to the firewall. Thing is super easy to empty. Took about 10min to install and takes 1min to empty. Not to mention...

    Foam Cannons worth it?

I have the Adams one for the pressure washer and love it. Looking back I would have rather just got the one for the garden hose and saved a few bucks. I use it based on how "dirty" my car is. Not that its sealed and protected I use it only if the car is dusty from sitting. Right now since I live...

Portable Car Wash filtration for hard water

Id like to note that Adams has a nice compact portable water filtration for around 150? I have no experience with it but I would assume it works well

Portable Car Wash filtration for hard water

I can still find them all over. I don't use the soap just the spot free rinse action. Get a couple refill filters and it will last a good bit of years

Portable Car Wash filtration for hard water

I swear by the MR. Clean spot free rinse that you attach to your garden hose. I to have clay like looking hard water at my house. Both my Cobra and Harley are black so I know all about the water stains. I gave one of these a try and wow!!

What smaller issues do you guys currently have?

Wiper cowl. Found a local salvage yard that has a few so I picked one up. Cleaned it real good and repainting it. Other than that my only other problem is not enough power haha
