We let over educated hippies teach anarchy and defiance to the masses, and we were too tolerant of their radical teachings.
Unfortunately, until the schools and colleges get neutered, the cycle will continue IMHO.
So here we are 4 years later, and I started having clutch issues (lockout, hard shifting, etc …)
My pedal assembly broke. I decided to replace that, the clutch/flywheel/TOB/Pilot/SS Line.
I skipped out on the Mantic, and went with an Exedy Hyper-Twin Organic.
No more lockout, shifts smooth as...
Murder is murder - But … In his defense, if it can be shown as “Sudden passion, with adequate cause”, he could indeed make am viable case for temporary insanity.
It might be a tough sell, it might not. It depends on many other factors. The least of which, is not the locality and peer factor. If...
1) A poorly engineered part.
2) Fan drawing too much current (faulty motor)
3) Idling too long with AC on in the AZ desert (for example)
4) Poorly fitting connection(s)
5) Bad Ground
Take your pick.. Seems like many things can cause this, but it all circles back to #1

I use a Honeywell WiFi Thermostat. You can control multiple thermostats from the app. It works great, and seems like it would be a good fit for your needs.
