Not on the predator motor. The heads flow so well that the larger displacement blower works better on that platform. Whipple tested the 3.0L on the 2020-2022 GT500 and found that it just wasn't enough so they went to the 3.8L which worked much better. That's why it's used on the Raptor R.

I'm not really sure if it was a speed limiter or rev limit. All I know is that I datalogged the car with many different configuration files so they could figure it out which they eventually did.

I'm not a tuner or engineer so I'm just giving my opinion on this based from my personal experience with the car and the people involved in it. From our datalogs everything looked great. No knock and no timing being pulled. Fuel pressure looked great as well. Also just to be clear our car runs...

Same gear just with the ability to rev 4th out now. The numbers in the video above are in 3rd gear at 7800 and in 4th gear at 7100. The car is being finished up this week. I haven't had a chance to get down there to film much lately but when I head down next time I'll do a pretty thorough overview of whats been done to it.

Willy is spending some quality time with the car this week. Hopefully she'll be finished up here shortly. Got some new gears going in along with axles, diff cover and a flaming river steering rack.
