Got to do Yosemite during covid got some cool shots with just the nature in the background. Yosemite is one of the reason the national parks were created as far as I am aware. I plan to take the cobra there when I get it back on the road. The upper sections of the park were however closed at...
These cars don’t care about the harness being unplugged. I haven’t had factory seats since 17 and have had no issues…except my corbeau rails grinding to dust.
I just snapped a quick pic of the passenger side mounting location.
The right of pic is the front end. The middle most hole wraps up and goes behind the frame rail slightly.
Guess it’s good I have my fenders off and hand’t taken those off yet.
If you need more I can try to snap some pics when...
I believe I read from a member here their gen 3 2.3 whipple was good for about 30-40+ hp across the board over the gen 2. But 30-40 hp can be chalked up to quite a bit of variables.
I have also heard the same for getting the gen 2 2.3 TVS ported to what would be their old R spec case for the...
I think putting our IRS in older mustangs is becoming popular. They make conversion kits for the first gen cars so I imagine someone may have done this already.
So my car hasn’t been on the road or really running in about two years. About a year after I drained all the gas out the car did exactly what yours did.
I was just as confused as you were. Hopefully you get an idea of what caused it as mine drained the whole tank.

Pauls stuff is great. It’s fun watching him work on IG, haven’t seen much of his work lately but it’s been great watching him progress over the years. Super cool dude.

Just had to go through this with my now ex-employer. Now I work for the major manufacturer that employer was the dealer for.
It has been fun watching that place burn to the ground due to absolutely retarded business decisions. It’s almost laughable if so many didn’t lose their jobs overnight...
You know I always passed the raybestos up because I thought they were along the lines of duralast as the raybestos are carried at autozones.
Guess that’s my fault, but I thought the wavy slots were cool looking compared to the normal slots.
There was a guy who made custom patterned rotors up in...
There have been many street driven teksids making over 1k. Your 800hp number is low as the estimated max was around 1500 with the iron block being around 1200-1300.
Teksids are stronger than the proceeding aluminum blocks and is lighter as the aluminum alloy teksid used was superior but very...
I am still waiting to hear a sound clip of those mufflers on our cars. I have always liked their products and wish I would have got some of their early titanium mufflers.
Complete side bar but would love to hear what a titanium based exhaust would sound on a modular.
Stingers are a superior design as it is a flow through. ATAKs use a weird mesh amplifier type design, I believe their name is a anagram from their design.
You can still get the stingers; they are now called s-type mufflers. They also make a touring muffler equivalent called the pro XS I’d like...
I’d be interested in some sound clips. I am always searching for different sounds for my car too and have been thinking on what to run when I get my car back on the road.
Being from socal my family used to go quite often.
Interestingly the sweet tomatos name is alive again; the original owners of the name and chains has reopened a store in tuscon with plans to eventually reopen more.
Most cared for the M55 although now sought after they made very few. M55 setups still fetch near 3k. Still haven’t heard a M55 or M58 in person but would love to as the “dual mode” M58 mufflers are a cool idea.
Yeah Brain is much more active on FB and even instagram as his new cobra has gotten shown around by the bigger cobra pages.
He just made some good numbers on a ported eaton; not sure if I remember correctly but it made like low to mid 600’s through an auto(?). Not sure if he had nitrous or not...
