Yeah it’s odd for sure. I put stethoscope on it and loudest sound came through bottom front of transmission casing. I think I’m gonna have to take it to ford unfortunately

I changed to amsoil signature 5w30 I don’t think the oil could be to thick. I’m no expert though

I’ll check what each gear does tomorrow but pretty sure it does not change. If I drive it to work the rattle is no longer happening when I get there. I may have to take it to dealer and have it checked even though I’m skeptical of what they might say.

Pushing in clutch changes nothing

I used the stethoscope and it seemed to be most noticeable on front of transmission casing and back of oil pan. More noise when put against transmission casing

Ok so I still can’t locate it for sure! I was worried because I noticed it after I just changed the oil and switched to amsoil signature. I believe it is coming from the front of the transmission. Any help would be great. Thanks again. I posted link to videos...
