Ford invents cable that can charge electric cars in about 5 minutes. This could be huge!

You don’t HAVE to have 80 amps, that’s just the max charge level it can take. You can charge it on regular 15 amps if you want, but obviously the charge is significantly slower. Average cost to charge a Tesla Model S is around $15-$16, or roughly $4 every 100 miles.

    Crankshaft Extension Pulley

It’s reverse thread, if you didn’t already know that. You can also just remove the inspection plate of the transmission, and use a wrench between a converter stud/bolt and the inspection cover bolt to hold the crankshaft while loosening the crankshaft pulley.

    Ford's 2022 Electric F-150 Lightning | Here's the Scoop

I’d venture to say 95% after 100k miles if their battery tech is anything like Tesla.

Mileage discrepancy on interior swapped C6 Z06

Do we really believe that a potential buyer cares about 1100 miles, especially to the point of the seller using expensive equipment to get no value? I get the principle of it, but it certainly doesn’t affect any value at the current mileage, especially since it’s decently modded so it’s not some...

"Home Invasioner" Floyd Didnt DIE From A Knee.....

You have admitted to not watching the trial, we both apparently have. You’re quoting the headlines, and missing the cross examination immediately following that where body can footage showed otherwise, and he admitted that he now sees it was the back. It’s a little baffling that you self admit...

"Home Invasioner" Floyd Didnt DIE From A Knee.....

He admitted on cross that it was in the back. Don’t just listen to the media, because they obviously didn’t want to post that there. Medical examiner also said it should have been ruled an OD.

"Home Invasioner" Floyd Didnt DIE From A Knee.....

Where have they said that? The only thing I’ve seen is the knee on neck, which the police chief already agreed it was in the shoulder blade area

    Turbo Kits Going Away?

That’s what the RPM Act is attempting to change. The post I quoted was in response to what happens after the act is passed.

    Turbo Kits Going Away?

You continue doing what we have always done. Install “off-road/competition” only parts at your own risk. With the act passed, it at least gives them the ability to manufacture and sell it.

    Sign the RPM Act Here

Signed, but got an email back about the message not being reviewed due to it being from a third-party website. Anyone else get this?

Are our cars a coupe or really a fastback

I think there only needs to be a delineation when there is a model that has both. The original fastback came about because there was already a coupe, and they needed to show it was different. There is no need for that with this model.

Musclecarresort & The BYEPOLR Notch Get Moody

That was my thought as well, although I’ve never been a huge fan of the pie cut look either and I know many are. I can absolutely appreciate the craftsmanship it took, but it gives a cobbled look to me. Hoping that opinion changes once it’s in its final form.

Tesla Model "S" Plaid (Laguna Seca) 1:30.3

Exactly. I have about the same range, but as someone said earlier, it’s not realistic when traveling 80+ mph. I tend to get 60% of that range or so in the colder months. Gas prices going up only makes it a better choice for me, as does the autopilot on my long commute.

Musclecarresort & The BYEPOLR Notch Get Moody

Love following this build. I see it on IG, and then I feel like I get to see it all over again when it pops up on here. A few guys on the coyote FB page seemed to think it’s not as nice as it obviously is, and I eagerly await the humble pie they’ll be served when this is over. Keep up the good work!

Tesla Model "S" Plaid (Laguna Seca) 1:30.3

I’ve yet to find someone not get super excited/laugh uncontrollably after feeling the sheer acceleration of my P85D. Yes, the V8 sound is obviously missing. Replaced with a turbine engine type sound, so not completely silent. I’m not overly excited about electric vehicles, but I drive 180 miles...

How much is the quarantine making you drink?

It doesn’t need to be chased, it’s a very good tasting tequila. However, the chaser helps those that aren’t used to/don’t like the taste, and it helps with the hydration side of things
