  • For IRS upgrade recomendations, read my IRS Tech Article. http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?t=213384 As far as putting an IRS in to a SN95, I have not personaly done it so I can say for sure but I have read it is fairly streight forward. Just search this board and the internet for info. Her is a link to a guy that did it years ago. I havent talked to him in a while but he may be able to help you out. http://home.flash.net/~ivc1/cobra/stang.html

As for the rear brakes. If I recall correctly they used the SN95 SRA cobra brakes in the IRS. So your calipers are not the same but thay may work. If you cant make the calipers you have work it shouldnt be too hard to track down a set that will bolt up. Plenty of people have done brake upgrades and have stock parts sitting around. Just search the market section.

As for brake lines I dont know if your lines will reach or not. If they wont pick up a set of Russell stanless brake lines. http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=RUS%2D693270&N=700+4294907915+400081+4294882683+4294902061+4294924641+115&autoview=sku I run them on my car and they are great. As for the 03 Coupe springs, yeah they will work just fine. They will give you a harsher ride than your stock springs because of the higher spring rate but they will work very well.

If you need anything else just ask.

I have a 95 Mustang GT i will be installing a 04 IRS soon my car for the most part is stock and doesnt have the power of a cobra. What parts do u recomend i install. I have yet to find anyone that has a IRS in a 94-95 GT. One question i have is brakes the IRS i have doesnt have any brakes will my GT calipers work with the 11.6" rotors? I have read that the calipers are basicly the same. My other problem is the brake lines i have read that i need to extend my brake lines. I have a set of stock 03 Coupe springs can i install the front springs on my car? I dont know if any of this is true untill i try to bolt everything together. Any information you could provide is greatly apreciated. Paul
