How did you go about replacing the harness? I haven't touched the harness so I don't understand how it could be bad, but I think that's what I'll be trying to replace next.

Any updates about the mgw? I am thinking about it but I want your perspective. Is the shifter significantly lower than stock? Is it a night and day difference for a daily driver? I don't track it.
