  • Hey, im the manager of The Mustang Shop, im sorry you had a bad experience. We have recently hired someone to answer phones and to return phone calls. I dont appreciate you saying we dont respect our customers because we know our customers are everything. It gets extreamly busy down here and half the time a tech has to answer the phone. I can assure you your experience would of been different if you had time to come down to the shop and see us. Again i appologize for your experience and hope we have the chance to make good. - Andy
