I did the trip from Japan, but you will just fly into Manila, then fly to Boracay. There are a ton of package deals online. Let me see if my girlfriend will send me a link to where she got our rooms/flight. It was much cheaper for me though because like I said, I was already in Japan, additionally I had been in the Philippines for a few weeks before we went to Boracay.
You may look to spend about 3k. Be careful too because if you're white or not filipino looking, they will raise prices a little but (not much in reality but still). What i mean by that is, filipino peso's is the currency. Its 44 pesos to the 1 USD and things are really chela there.. but they will normally charge like 200 pesos for something, but because yore white they will tell you 500 pesos. You can always talk them down, just don't show interest and keep saying about half of what they're offering.
