Last year I replaced my rear quarter panels and doors with Sigala's carbon fiber pieces since my OEM ones started to rust through (Canadian winters + daily driver + >250k miles = no bueno). Fast delivery (4 weeks) and perfect fitment.

This year my front and rear windshield mouldings started to rust so I replaced them with carbon fiber (yes, that black trim that wraps around the rear of the convertible top can rust ... who knew)

Delivery time was meh (4 months) but perfect fitment.

I know members have had hit/miss experiences with Sigala, but so far mine have been positive and I'm happy they manufacturer parts nobody else does. And I have to believe I'm replacing some of the hardest pieces on the car - rear quarter panels are normally a cut/weld and I'm pretty sure the front windshield moulding (i.e., the piece that runs between the a-pillars ontop of the windshield glass) was never meant to be removed - and they fit great.

All I say is watch them carefully as they do horribly with the sun. They will crack eventually, mine cracked even after I pulled them out of the sun. Those were first run interior pieces.

I don’t doubt they have improved their QC as it was their biggest sticking point. Some of these parts they make are the only source for them so it is unfortunate. I would only ever use their body parts if I am painting over them to avoid their notorious cracking. It is what I am going to do to my trunk as it cracked horribly along with my spoiler.

They are one of a few producers of our hoods and the only one I believe has the true cobra fitment over the standard GT bumper fitment of companies like tru-fiber.

Im glad you've had good luck with your pieces and, like said above, give credit to them for producing carbon parts for these old cars. With CarbonDriven seemingly out of business, they appear to be the only game in town.

Unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. I made a bulk order with them for a hood, rear spoiler, rocker panels, and grill delete. I did not expect perfect fitment as with anything aftermarket these days, there is always some small degree of modification. I had to slightly alter the hole location in the grill delete where the tabs press in the top...no big deal.

However, the rocker panels were off by miles and just plain unusable. I'm not sure how they could be off by that much.....some holes were out by a full inch or more. Ok, fine mistakes happen so I contacted Sigala with detailed pictures showing the problem. I got one email response from a guy saying he'd pass them along and get back to me and then crickets for months. They have no phone number so email is all I had. After probably a dozen emails I finally contacted my CC company and had them reverse the charge for the panels and shipping.

For me, a company is only good as its support. If you don't stand by your product or support your customers, your company is trash. Let me be clear they were very responsive and friendly leading up to when I made the order.......but after they got the $$$ it was radio silence. That is the sign of shit customer service. That was probably two years ago so hopefully their QC and CS has improved since then, but that was my experience.

Where are they saying they're based out of now? I heard he screwed up and got kicked out of Tijuana.

I have some good news for you... there's another option and a new game in town. Not ready to sell stuff yet, but K and K Custom Mustangs is now making their own Carbon Fiber parts from scratch and the quality looks like it will be on par with all the other work (that's where my car currently is being built). Anyway, Kevin the owner has a few of his personal car builds documented in the links below and is making the carbon parts for his own cars first then will be able to sell them later. Tons of pics of the different pieces he's been working on, currently only on the SN95 cars at the moment, but go take a look and browse his threads. He wanted some carbon driven stuff but wasn't happy with the quality or availability so he started his own.

The communication aspect does leave something to be desired - nobody picks up the phone and emails are hit or miss.

But the QC issues are weird - you would think pieces that are effectively never meant to be removed (bolt in front fenders easy to remove, cut out rear fenders not easy) would have horrible fitment but they didn't, it was pretty much perfect fitment everywhere.

All I say is watch them carefully as they do horribly with the sun. They will crack eventually, mine cracked even after I pulled them out of the sun. Those were first run interior pieces.

I can't comment on the cracking as I painted all of my panels. However, the rear quarters survived their first winter abuse (where temps dropped to like -50*) without any issues.

Where are they saying they're based out of now? I heard he screwed up and got kicked out of Tijuana.

The parts were shipped from the US - I think California if I recall.

For a while he was taking cars across the border to do the work. Of course he wasn't telling the owners that.

Sigala isn't a good name to use around here. So I'd be careful and keep an eye on the parts as mentioned.

I know there's a negative connotation here about them, but I like to add the counter-point as I'm very grateful these parts exist as if they didn't I would have gotten rid of my 04. And with its current mileage I probabyl should, but it's been rock solid to me so I want to keep it going as long as possible.

He’s out of caliexico now so basically a short drive to TJ. Many in the socal scene ran him off as it was found he was a woman beater and would take peoples cars to mexico and not return them for months. Had a buddy get his car painted by him and it wasn’t actually painted at all. It was supposed to be the GNX black but was still just ford ebony as my hood matched exactly to his car lol. When we checked paint depth it was matching to my car that is original paint.
His big falling out on social media and the reason he changed his name from HCM Carbon to sigala was a large following having cobra owner and him got into a major dispute. The guy had a large majority of HCM’s parts on the car and took them off as he wanted to start his own company doing the same. Erine threatened him on social media saying he’d sue him and made some threats to him and his family.
Hearing from some how he would take your money and never reply again sounds par for the course with him.

There is a guy on instagram I follow named Boise Carbon who makes all kinds of parts and can make any interior part with some lead time.
He does great work and works with the more modern styles of carbon such as forged carbon fiber. I haven’t priced his pieces out yet but he can do them.
