this is just me grumbling and being annoying, but is it me? or is it flipping borderline criminal for what people want for their used sn95/new edge cobra brake calipers with the logo on it? its stupid.... I seem them all over ebay for $400 to $600...

I wanted to put them on my saleen, but at that price....

is there something special about them I dont know? I feel like I should just use the ones off my 97 cobra project car for now.

For that price just do the ATS Brembo upgrade.

I bought a pair of Mach 1 calipers (same as Cobra without the lettering) for $100 last year for my niece's V6 Mustang.
You can just add the Cobra text via a sticker if you want.

Interesting upgrade. I wonder if my stock saleen rims would fit well?

You think SN95 Cobra calipers are priced insane - have any of you seen the prices on eBay people are asking for used Fox parts?? I mean, for what some are asking for really used ratty/beat up parts, you can get the same part from LMR "new" and for 1/2 the price!

I'm with most here - finding deals is good when the parts are still in great shape and prices are FAIR, but I'm not spending 3x the amount on a used part that needs 6x more restoration and repairs to be presentable/functional than the vehicle it's going on.... LOL!

I don’t know…it’s nice seeing Cobra calipers with the original grey finish and logos still bright with machine marks and all. Call me nerdy, but for a low mile car I’d give value to clean, original calipers.

If I had an otherwise clean SN95 Saleen though, I’d pay up for original Saleen Alcons.

I'm with you on this. As I age, my tastes have really shifted to align to the subtle OEM or OEM+ look.
