These guys have the last of the new Quarterhorses. I bought one a few weeks ago just on its own, but I see now they want to sell it as a package with BE. might be worth emailing them if you want to buy one, they were just regular Moates price when I got mine.

More to the story is they were frustrated by the extreme difficulty getting electronic components to build things. After you have been in the business for a while, these things tend to wear you down. Trust me. They are really good people at Moates and I wish them well. They supplied terrific hardware for many years.
