Windshield Fluid Reservoir Delete?

I have the 2013 GT500 with the track pack option, and I'm looking for a good location to mount an aftermarket intercooler pump. Some of the normal spots are occupied by additional coolers. In my car, the windshield wiper fluid does not squirt at all. Probably related to the aftermarket hood install.

Has anyone removed their windshield wiper fluid reservoir and put something else there....like a big ass intercooler pump (Stewart EMP or CWA400 size)?

Does your state have an annual inspection? In our state, the windshield wash, is a check for our annual safety inspection (noted that you said your does not currently work).

I live in Texas...for my last inspection @ Jiffy Lube it didn't seem to be an issue. But the guys doing the inspection were drooling over the car so maybe they overlooked it.
